attended another best friend's wedding in Jerteh, yesterday.to Nurul Akmal and her other half, Hafizzudin, selamat melayari alam rumah tangga,percayakan saya, alam yg paling indah dlm hidup kita insyaAllah.jagalah ia dengan doa dan amal ibadat, tolak ansur, gurau senda, cubit cubitan (hehe), saling memahami, tidak terlalu mengharapkan balasan (dlm bentuk material) bla bla bla.saya yakin kalian akan berjaya.

dan semoga cepat dapat baby juga. ;)

A few weeks before my wedding, i 'accidentally' bought this book at MPH during a hang-out with Pi.hehe. we both shared a good laugh and insights on the issues brought up in this book. We have experienced this book and to my opinion, yes it helped us plan our marriage, indirectly.

If i were to write about marriage, i will take one whole long page so i think i just hold it first.some people warned me about how marriage could turn into nightmares because we can never expect what our partner could react, after the wedding.they told me men would change their behaviour once they are married and so on, leaving me worried and skeptical about my own partner, dreading about things i am not sure of, myself.sigh

Now it's been almost 2 weeks old of my marriage, so far nothing changed.our love is growing stronger everyday.alhamdulillah.with things that have been happening lately, we are grateful that we have grown much of mutual understanding and most importantly, there is someone i can really turn to and share all the ups and downs, together.insyaAllah.what i always know is, marriage requires continuous efforts, all willingly.at the same time cherish and share other people's happiness as well, insyaAllah we will be fine.smilingly :)

booked the dais. it comes with free make up so, i guess i will be another typical bride. never mind. picked up pi's baju melayu for akad nikah frm piter libly, yesterday. we did ask for sulaman on the collar and wrists line, turned out that it's green color.adeh.and i just sent my baju kurung moden back in jerantut last week, and the sulam is going to be pink.so who's to blame when both me and pi never discussed abt what color should the sulam be earlier.the sulam idea pun came out unintentionally when we were at the tailor's. nanti jgn gelak tgk baju kitorang yg tak matching haha.

here's an experiment.i have tested my grooming skills on this 'lab rat'. and this is the outstanding result.haha.just so u know, i'm gonna make up myself for my wedding soon.well..since i hate the typical wedding look on brides.it kills ur natural beauty and u ended up looking like...typical brides.ok. just don't take my words seriously.just take it very seriously okei!lol.
no.ok that's just my vain opinion.anyways, hate it or like it,i am gonna do the make up by myself since my other half hates fake eyelashes and thick make up.(like this one is not thick huh).well if u hated it, do pray that my hot aunty from JB could attend the big day and do the make up instead of skillful me.haha.in the meantime,let's just assume that i've got skills.and passed with this one.lol.

nice kan?this is so much of how i want my wedding make up to be.soft and sweet.i actually plan to do my own make up, as if i know how to do it awesomely huh.well everybody seems to be against that idea though.sigh.it's just that typical heavy wedding make up is soooo not my thingie.my face will definitely look weird.but i have problems with my messy eyebrows and small eyes.perhaps i have to take up make up class.which is impossible.i'm not that compulsive.

i know this news is pretty much shocking like a time bomb explosion to many ppl.hehe.well, as much as surprised u are, i am too and in fact, still adjusting myself to this whole thing.it took us abt one month for the whole process, and to come to this biggest decision.i guess its the jodoh thingie and it's beyond our expectations and plans cause Allah is Maha Menngetahui.a brief intro abt the most unlucky guy.lol.his mom used to be my class teacher during primary school days.we schooled at the same school back then.he's one yr older and denying it.hehe.his sister was my sister's classmate.actually there are a lot of ridiculously common thgs we share together.up to the point that i couldn't believe myself this whole thg is happening right now.but.one thing i am sure abt is that i am very sure abt myself this time.i am never this confident.alhamdulillah.well, my best friends rs mcm nk pengsan dgr berita ni!haha

he popped up the proposal at the immigration office when he was there accompanying me to apply for my passport.i was taken aback because i never expected that was coming too fast!the biggest relief is I instantly agreed!hehe.Allah has granted my prayers.alhamdulillah.

tanggal 16 sept 2010 aku telah dirisik oleh keluarga dia.there will be no engagement ceremony.i always go for simplicity.so we plan to get married during chinese new year next year.most probably no pelamin will be set up either.well actually both family wanted it to be sooner like during this coming raya haji, which is in the next 2 months!!?? oh i'm freaked out already! but, after a thorough discussion with him, considerations etc, chinese new year is the best date we could find.*adeh, rs janggal tulis psl kawen*keke.

i'm telling abt this news this detail because i want everyone to save the date for us okei! would love all of u to come and memeriahkan majlis.chinese new year next year y'all! thank u!

the idea of having flower girls on wedding day, isn't it awesome?so aifaa is going to have four of em this saturday (her big day).and yesterday me n dearesr adlina went to her place to help her out with a few last prep but we cudn't do anythg since she accidentally broke the glue gun.hehe.wat a shame.so both of us only managed to capture lotsa of photos of all sort of thgs we found in the bride's room.hehe.owhh all so lovely lovely petty pretty thgs that will make the wedding so indahh~really makes me feel like i-so-wanna-get-married.hehe.

so tak sabar for another weekend knock-out.and nurul is gonna make it to aifaa's wedding.insyaAllah.just imagine these ex-roommates havent met since graduation day!

last weekend was blissful.spent precious 2days with two lovely friends, going for a roadtrip to Kuantan to help her search for wedding thingies was so much fun.when it comes to little little stuff for wedding preparation, i am always happy to help.best sgt!

and i always have this idea of my own wedding in my head.even though there's always a change of theme colours every other time, but still it's gonna be pastels for sure.
as for now, i just love attending close friends' weddings.deep down inside i believe my time will come soon.insyaAllah~
