  3. jangan biar perut kosong.. awal2 pregnant dulu saya kena time poso jadi perut kosong mmg muntah2 pastu angin naik ke kepala.. kalau x lalu mkn pn try to eat something light mcm cream crackers, wholemeal bread, or anything that u feel u can eat.. kalu x pun make buah kurma.. it's a good source of energy..
